наименование номинального держателя; (зарегистрированное на) имя номинального держателя
REG имя, используемое депозитарием или кастодианом, на которое регистрируются ценные бумаги, хранящиеся в депозитарии; использование регистрации на имя номинального держателя позволяет упростить процедуру передачи права собственности на ценные бумаги, поскольку не требует проведения перерегистрации ценных бумаг регистратором/трансфер-агентом в случае их купли-продажи, т.к. сертификаты ценных бумаг, если они имеются, оформляются на имя номинального держателя (напр. ценные бумаги, хранящиеся в DTC, зарегистрированы на имя Cede & Co)
